Through My Own Eyes

I’m Jonathan. I mentioned that I am on the autism spectrum, but I am saying that so that I might relate to a certain audience that might come across my page. My identity isn’t an autistic man, but being a born again Christian saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, who atoned for my sins and the sins of the whole world.

I professed faith and became born again in 2021, and I noticed the change happening in my life; I became less angry and materialistic as time went on. I ended up getting rid of some things the first week I was saved as the Holy Spirit was telling me to get rid of them as they weren’t good for me. As time went on I ended up getting rid of more things, because I was making them idols in my life, so I sold them; it was things like video games, movies/tv shows, comic books, etc.

My goal is to provide content that might encourage you in any way I can, and as I learn more about God through His Word I plan on sharing what I’ve learned with you. If there’s any knowledge or insight that I have that can benefit you I’m going to share it, so that you may be encouraged.

In a world that’s so dark and hopeless I encourage you to turn to the One who is hope personified, who can forgive you of your sins and give you a brand new start. He doesn’t promise ease and comfort along the way, and that’s the thing about life isn’t it? We want it easy and without complications, to always be on those mountain peaks and avoiding the valleys, but it doesn’t work that way. Christ offers life, and life more abundantly, but we have to receive Him. Christians can testify of the good things that God has done for them, through healings, deliverances, being set free from the weight of sin and shame to the glory of God. I hope that this site blesses you, and may the Lord bless you and keep you.
